We’re looking for a Regional Sales team member to develop enduring relationships with existing and future customers, identify new opportunities, and help customers determine the commercial roofing solutions that best fit their needs. For over 65 years, Curtis Construction Company, Inc. has built long-lasting relationships through commercial roofing services, including preventative maintenance, leak repairs, complete roof replacements, sheet metal fabrication, and liquid-applied coatings.

This is a high-trust role responsible for generating a strong pipeline of opportunities, communicating clearly with customers, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and partnering with the internal team to help create an excellent customer experience from the first conversation through the completion of the work.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and future customers.
  • Generate a pipeline for new business opportunities.
  • Identify new leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and relationship building.
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs and help determine appropriate roofing solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to customers.
  • Follow up consistently with customers and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process.
  • Partner with internal team members to support a smooth customer experience.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and customer-facing industry events as needed.
  • Assist with developing marketing content and sales materials.
  • Evaluate roof conditions and deficiencies, including working at heights when needed.
  • Use company systems and software to track customer information, opportunities, and project details.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, Dataforma, and other related programs.
  • Commercial roofing experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Previous sales experience is helpful.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • English fluency.
  • Valid NC driver’s license.
